Send photographs, measurements or plans, your location, preferred designs, intended games, working budget and timing. We begin with how the room should feel—and how you want to use it.

Develop the material direction
Explore wood, metal, cloth and personal details together. Review available physical samples with your lighting, flooring and cabinetry before making selections.

Confirm the specification and proposal
Resolve dimensions, selected finishes, customization and delivery scope. Confirm the current production schedule and commercial terms in the written proposal.

Prepare the room and build the table
Keep the room plan, lighting and receiving arrangements coordinated with the agreed specification. Requested changes are discussed for their effect on scope and schedule.

Coordinate delivery and installation
Share the final access route, entry dimensions, stair or elevator requirements and receiving contact. Arrangements are confirmed for your property and order.

Is delivery included in the starting figure?

How long does a commission take?
Timing depends on the design, materials, production schedule and delivery arrangements. The team confirms a current schedule for your commission.
Can every design become a pool-and-poker table?
Compatibility is confirmed during design. The overlay, rail treatment, legroom, chairs and overall dimensions must work together.
