A pool-and-poker combination can keep the evening in one room. Specify the padded rail treatment, legroom and chairs alongside the removable neoprene overlay. Draw chairs in use, then protect circulation to nearby seating and serving areas; the size of the room alone does not guarantee a comfortable layout.

Resolve the route to the room before final specification. Record door widths, turns, stairs and floor transitions, and identify the receiving contact. Coordinate installation with room readiness and the builder’s remaining work so the agreed route is available.
